Embrace OT provides occupational therapy focused on helping people do what they want and need to do. We remove barriers of geography, transport, health and time so you can access support anywhere. Together we build practical skills, work towards your goals and increase meaningful participation in everyday life. 

Most of services are delivered through telehealth, making it easy to access OT assessments and therapy anywhere in Australia. This includes assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations.

For some situations, such as home modifications, assistive technology trials, or specific functional assessments we may recommend a hybrid or in-person option. If this is needed, we’ll discuss it with you to make sure the approach is practical and works best for your needs.

Embrace OT supports NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed only), TAC and private clients.  Here is a step-by-step brief on the process:

• Get in touch – Use the Referral or contact button.
• Share details – Age, location, goals/concerns, funding type (NDIS self/plan, TAC, private).
• Fit & fees confirmed – We’ll outline suitability, fees and estimated start time.
• Service Agreement – For NDIS participants, we provide a Service Agreement that sets out the supports, how they’re delivered, responsibilities and payment arrangements. This ensures clarity and transparency.
• Complete intake & consent – Secure online forms provided.
• Book your first session – Telehealth (Australia-wide) or discuss hybrid options.
• Prepare for session – Bring yourself, an adult if under 18 years, any reports (school/medical) and your goals.

Fees depend on the type of service, assessment time, and report requirements. Occupational Therapy at Embrace OT can be funded through the NDIS (self, plan or agency-managed), private payment, TAC, or other insurance schemes.
